This piece made me extremely excited when I first saw it.
The subject matter is extremely gross, but the execution of it is so clean. It feels like the idea popped into your head, so you banged it out in a few minutes, and it turned out perfectly. I love artworks that don't necessitate hours upon hours of work (though the ones that do are also great).
I also have a lot of respect for the experimentation with the medium. This clearly isn't a piece that you could sell a physical copy of. Much like a sandcastle or carving into a piece of fruit, this has the essence of impermanent art with a life of its own. And how you managed to squeeze that ketchup into the perfect shape is beyond me.
My one issue that I have with this is that the hands look like mittens. The rest of the figure is representational of a fairly realistic human form, so I feel like you could have taken an extra minute to flesh out the fingers, and it would make more sense.
