Back at the OceanSo, I have been able to unwind and visit one of my favorite places, the ocean. To be more specific, the Pacific Ocean. (Oh! That sounded cool!)
Anyway, the travel trailer I have is great for camping. No, I'm not going to "rough-it." Been there and done that, and I don't care for it anymore. Give me my small trailer with the central heating and warm water, microwave, etc. This time I was able to find a place very close to the ocean. You can see the ocean right behind the trailer. I took a picture at sunset yesterday. Don't look at the time stamp, it is wrong. It was more like 7:45pm or so:

Seriously. I'm sorry, but this necessitates a rant.
A while back I joined this writing group simply because I enjoy writing and I enjoy reading other people's writing. Assuming of course it is either very good, laughably bad, or about my characters. Or butlers, I eat that shit up. Irrelevant.
I know that the main thing about deviant art is that it is incredibly hard to get anyone to read anything, and that literary work seldom gets acknowledged or commented on. This disheartens me, personally, and I have heard from several other writers that this discourages them from their craft as well. This saddens me greatly.
SO whenever I read something I try VERY VERY HARD to say something, just to let the writer know that their efforts are appreciated.
