A man I met during my trip in Tunisia a few months ago.
He was waiting peacefully in the sand (full of seaweed).
Although I took this picture in winter, the light was really
strong, the sea behind was quite and the sand very white.

See this photo on white.

Just Come Along

A poem by Peter S. Quinn

We are all with different roots
Needing time to grow on
In the night there are beauts
A strayed ways lonesome spawn
Feelings that come and go
Moving the shadows again
Flowers on hills and snow
Dark sighted unknown guardsmen

Desperate ways feeling so alone
You and I - needing it all
Breezing of thoughts pebble and stone
What comes to you in this call?
Never be again without a guide
Medicine is in its bags
Some is gone river have dried
What are left are only its tags

Be what you stand always for
Riding the dales and the hills
Destiny knows if there's more
Pattern and structure out of it twills
Going on never to despair
Waiting and moving destiny
Nothing is ever reasonable fair
Just come along and ride with me

I absolutely love the whiteout; you made the ordinary guy the center piece of the photo. That’s sort of how our society is; the ordinary person is the main piece in the whole puzzle that is life, but normally the ordinary every day person gets overlooked even though that is the most important piece. What I love the most is that, my eyes may be lying to me, but I believe he has a Band-Aid on his finger. It shows just a regular guy going through life, sometimes getting hurt in the process. The photo shows the ordinary person in a normal day in life. The photo doesn’t scream “fixed” or “robot;” it screams “ordinary life.” Absolutely love it.
