Which one do you think is the predator?

Ok, to be honest, this is somehow a metaphor and a parody of "capitalism".

I have been willing to do something like this since some time…

Everything is connected in this image (the smallest fish at the top is asking for help, see detail).

I took the photo near Sousse in Tunisia not too long ago, I also made the drawing.

I'm not a biologist or a fish expert, I just drew these animals intuitively. :)

If you wish, you can view some details and the work in progress here.

an unusual trawl in this perspective-bending picture taken in Tunisia as part of the Pencil Vs Camera series
by Belgian visual artist Ben Heine"

It looks like nobody seen the most oblivious thing that the artist wanted to tell us... PEOPLE can't you see??? This is about capitalism, like Ben said in the description, but it looks like no one read that. <_<.
Go read the description RIGHT NOW!!
I want to congratulate Ben for such an BRILIANT idea, people just rush and criticize how a line is out of place, but they can't see the forest because of the trees <_<
A perfect drawing who sumarize the world we live in, this picture worth 1000 words, from the impact to the vision Ben knew how to tell the idea VERY clear. B-R-A-V-O !

[sry for any mistakes]

Very good. I am impressed at how well you lined up the picture with the line of the fishing pole. The only problems I'm seeing is that the fish seem too close to be just now coming out of the water as well as the rod isn't bending and it seems to me like it would bend with that many fish/that much weight. I may at this point be being too picky, though, so take them as simply thoughts. Everything is very good, including the water (despite it maybe being very cartoon-ish. As I was writing this, I just notice that the boat in the background actually has a real wake. Wow! Still very impressed.

This is an amazing idea! It's not just this one, all of your works are really smart and unique. I really love this perspective and the shading on the fish and shark. Amazing work! Thank you for sharing and I look forward to more.

Okay cool... But who's eating the big fish?

Metaphorically. But also literally.
