Me And My Little Friend

A poem by Peter S. Quinn

Me and my little friend
Are in magical to do
Drinking its cup of thee
With cream in it too

Variations on a theme
Whatever it’s all for
Just like some dream
That opens up new door

My friend - he was going
To walk magic rainbow
Where the moon´s glowing
For a new tonight show

He knew its pots of gold
In its clandestine chamber
Where autumns unfold
Yellow red leaves of ember

Many secrets aren’t seen
Though they are all around
It’s their magic - in between
That everywhere is found

Just like this photo of today
Blending trace of tone living
In the instantaneous play
That every tide is giving

Your model is stunning, and the setup for this is cute, and well arranged, though, I had to mark this down on technique. It's not your lighting, which is perfect, It's more the background that has me longing for a forest, or a river. I get the idea but I can't get over how drab the leaves are, Which, on the ground blend with what I believe is gravel to make a big brown mess on the ground. Negatives aside, I do like the idea of the garden teatime. The color of the hair is vibrant and red, and along side the gnome, it draws your attention back and forth over the whole picture. Her position gives flow to it as well. Despite the negatives, this still has strong visual impact, and stands out as a beautiful picture in you gallery.
