I think it is vector masking in Photoshop CS4 by an EPS vector file I think so but not exaxctly know what he does. I know one thin it is looking so beautiful and innovative.

Anyways, great work! Exactly how long did this take to make? Do you have a pattern that you use or do you go by eye? How many like this have you created? And finally (sorry for so many questions!!) how long did it take you to develop this technique?
