Definitely the most amazing tree I've seen in my whole life.
A photo I took in Seville, Spain, a few days ago. If you wish, you can view a detail and some preparatory photos here.
Ficus macrophylla, commonly known as the Moreton Bay Fig, is a large evergreen banyan tree of the Moraceae family. It is known for its beautiful buttress roots. It can reach heights of 60 m (200 ft). The trunk can reach a diameter of 2.4 m (8 ft).

If there is anything that I tell my friends and those whom I mentor when it comes to artwork, it is that they need to work on mastering the use of color.
I believe that this artist has truly done exactly that. The striking colors are all blended very well when they fade into one or the other especially on the yellows and oranges.
Yet, even though this tree is so strikingly colorful the subject of the photo is actually quite easily seen. One might expect to lose the subject who is sitting in deep thought upon the roots of the tree but not here, not this time.
I think this is an amazing display of how color can really enhance an image and yet... not distract completely from its subject. Great work.
I think that this is a very pretty photograph. The colors are amazing and they even look like they could belong to the tree itself. The man inthe middle of the picture is the mark where your eye stops. This is amazing because of the colors of the tree are really easy to notice.
My favorite thing in this pic is the sky. It looks so pure and realistic. The different shades of grey fit the pic perfectly and give the tree and the man the attention they deserve.
In many ways this is a very beautiful and gorgeous picture.
Excellent texture, I really appreciate this picture and your photo vs pencil series. Would you mind if I use this on that website to bring our local community together? The site is Write to Unite, thanks for your amazing work.
