Taken 2 days ago in Lille, France. These crocuses were really tiny, a few centimeters may be. I used a simple 70 mm lens but enhanced the whole image in CS4 afterwards. Several hours of work to get the results I wanted. The photo is not reframed, it actually is a montage of several of my photos. Please enlarge HERE (900 pixels wide, 72 dpi).
There is no specific meaning in this image. The main thing I wanted to express when I took the photos is the way fragile little things can appear big and strong sometimes, and beautiful of course. But your own interpretation is more important.
